Position Summary: Responsible to perform a variety of general, mechanical and preventative maintenance duties as well as inspections, servicing, repair, and overhaul of equipment and facilities of the hospital.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily including having visual acuity adequate to perform position duties and the ability to communicate effectively with others, hear, understand and distinguish speech and other sounds. Responsible for monitoring, operating, inspecting, repairing, testing, and cleaning all equipment and related activities that bring steam or chilled water to air handling systems, sterilizers, etc.

Report maintenance and technical strategies and progress to SFC Global Supply Chain, Inc.s management on improving overall maintenance operations for the team, including implementing new maintenance processes, machinery, equipment, and systems developed in Korea so that efficient production operations can be implemented efficiently and safety. Must have proof of legal authority to work in the U.S. Requirements - At least four years of experience as a senior engineer, engineer, technician, senior maintenance specialist or similarly titled engineer, specialist or technician occupation involved with the installation, maintenance and repair of noodle and dumpling equipment at a food manufacturing plant.
