The Human Resources Manager will be involved in all aspects of the Human Resources function, including plant safety, performance management, succession planning, policy maintenance, employee relations, job description maintenance, workers’ compensation, employee disciplinary actions, wage administration, employee benefits, headcount administration, hiring, new hire on-boarding, recruiting, training, terminations, and all other HR related initiatives. Hubbell Utility Solutions (HUS) enable the grid to conduct, communicate and control energy across utility applications and Hubbell Electrical Solutions (HES) are essential to managing power across a wide range of industries and applications.
