Perform minor maintenance replacement and repair in areas of carpentry, electrical work, AC, plumbing, mechanical, painting, flooring, and other minor building repairs through daily work orders as long as a permit is not required to conduct the job. As an integral part of the facilities team, our MaintenanceTechnicians ensure a safe, clean and functional environment for members, guests, and associates. Have working knowledge in one or all of the following: roofing, mechanical equipment, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, carpentry, and/or painting.
Responsibilities include preparing units for move-in, performing general maintenance and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and locks, and following a preventative maintenance schedule. Conduct routine and periodic property inspections to identify maintenance, safety, and risk management concerns, ensure the property remains in good repair, and report physical needs or issues to management.
