Maintenance Technician III Electrical Resilient Structures IncMaintenance Technician III ElectricalHouston, TXPerform advanced preventive maintenance and complex repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to support safe, reliable production operations • Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions • Maintain and repair pumps, drive systems, piping, valves, and related mechanical components • Operate a variety of shop tools and equipment to complete repair and fabrication work • Support installation, rebuilds, and upgrades of critical production systems • Execute lubrication routes and preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability • Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately • Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout, rigging, and lifting practices • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement.
