Completes preventative and basic maintenance tasks on structures and other equipment, including, but not limited to dispensers, point of sale (POS), computers, security equipment, telephone and data lines, heating and air conditions systems, refrigeration equipment, lighting, signs, and pumps as required. Diagnoses, repairs, and maintains physical structures, equipment and systems associated with the Company by driving to various locations, using hand tools, power tools, replacement parts and procedures to complete assigned work tasks; utilizes outside contractors to complete repairs as needed.
