Experience in building and leading multiple, simultaneous design and construction teams that includes at least 8 to 20 design and construction professionals (including but not limited to: architects, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, plumbing engineers, civil engineers, structural engineers, geotechnical environmental engineers, industrial hygienists, way finding signage consultants, interior designers, move managers, furniture consultants, artwork consultants, contractors, subcontractors, material equipment vendors, and third party testing agencies) at varying levels of professional development. Qualifications: A bachelors degree in Planning, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field from a recognized college or university and a minimum of five (5) years of related professional experience in healthcare design, construction, renovation, capital, and space planning, or a high school diploma with ten (10) years of related professional experience in healthcare design, construction management, renovation, capital, and space planning.
