Oversees the operation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC, pumps, compressors, industrial laundry, boilers, desalination, fire and life safety equipment, lighting, emergency generator, trash compactors, household appliances, industrial kitchens, and all facilities equipment. The Preventive Maintenance Manager is responsible for performing, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of preventive and predictive maintenance to protect and maintain the buildings, equipment, and facilities, in an efficient, cost effective, and expedient manner.
