This includes but is not limited to; the general maintenance of the property, daily cleaning of all common areas, completing all interior paints upon turnover of units, supervision of maintenance staff members (when applicable), prioritizing and assigning work schedules, expense control, and adherence to preventive maintenance programs and required state and federal safety programs.
A valid driver's license is required, as this position involves travel between properties.
Hourly pay range/Salary range:
$30.00 - $33.00 DOE
