Qualifications & Experience: Key Responsibilities: - Supervise 2 Assistant Managers and approximately 25 ride maintenance technicians maintaining the operational integrity for 19 rides and attractions.
- 4-year technical degree in a mechanical/electrical field required with at least 2 years as a supervisor or 5+ years of supervisory experience in lieu of within an amusement park or industrial setting.
Summary: Oversees the quality and success of all pool operations including the management of the Deck Supervising staff, Swim Instructors, as well as the on-deck staff, maintenance of pool environment and interaction with students and parents/guardians.
