Turnover maintenance includes but is not limited to: installation of blinds, change filters, replace bulbs, replace drip pans as needed, and replace door stoppers, caulk, and other miscellaneous repairs as needed./liliCommon area maintenance includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, pressure washing, cleaning windows etc./liliMonitor building exterior for issues with roof, siding, shutters, etc./liliHelp maintain an effective preventive maintenance program for area of responsibility./liliAssume primary responsibility for the safe condition of all equipment or structures in area of expertise./liliEnter any newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory./liliKeep work area clean and orderly./liliObserve all safety rules./li/ulpQualifications/pulliMust have valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record proof of automobile insurance coverage./liliEPA certification preferred. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:/pulliPerform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning, appliances, and any other aspect as needed./liliPerform apartment turnover maintenance in three to five business days and turnover checklist completion.
