In partnership with the Division Sales Manager, you'll execute the go-to-market strategy, drive profitable revenue growth, and expand our vertical-market client base and geographic reach. You will cultivate a deep understanding of client facilities, provide technical solutions that enhance efficiency, and help ensure safe operating electrical systems.
Also, the Tool Room Area Manager is expected to provide manufacturing and engineering with the necessary operational and technical support to drive continuous improvement in the areas of tool prove out, tool buy off, and all areas of cost savings related to production and manufacturing. This includes, but is not limited to Tool and Die Makers, Machinists, Apprentices, Team Members assigned to the tool room, to assure that, through tooling programs, product quality and quantity meet or exceed customer expectations.
