li>Responsible for all plant maintenance and operations, including overseeing the maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems, including: fire/life safety, mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, controls), electrical (lighting, UPS, generators, primary switch gear), lighting and temperature controls systems, critical environments, and digital systems (fire alarm, duress, card access).
Manages, monitors, and approves operational budgets and expenditures for facilities and equipment maintenance and repairs; establishes good inventory practices for all Maintenance and Plant Services supplies, tools, spare parts, and outside services to ensure the plant operates at maximum efficiency.
