Qualifications: bachelor’s degree preferred, must have associates degree and 5+ years of related experience, maintenance manufacturing leadership experience, hydraulics, pumps, understanding of electrical controls, robots, direct troubleshooting equipment, knowledge of pressure and flow, and volts and amps, manage the department, handle administrative tasks, plant floor/hands-on role, and interface with the management team. As a leader of the Engineering & Maintenance team, the Plant Maintenance Manager will be responsible to coordinate and direct the design, planning, construction, maintenance, project management and alteration of processes, equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities by performing the following duties personally through subordinate salaried staff and maintenance technicians.
