Work Environment/Safety: Primarily field-based in commercial/industrial construction settings (indoor/outdoor, mechanical rooms, rooftops, varying weather); exposure to noise, dust, heights, water, sewage, chemicals, and confined-space risks; must strictly adhere to OSHA regulations, conduct hazard identification, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, harnesses, and steel-toed boots at all times-safety is our top priority and non-negotiable. As a Foreman II - Plumbing, you''ll lead and manage a plumbing crew on commercial projects with increased responsibility and independence, overseeing installations, repairs, and maintenance of piping, fixtures, drainage, hydronic systems, and medical gas (where applicable) in buildings, hospitals, schools, and industrial facilities.
