Repair, modify, install, maintain and remove electrical systems associated with plumbing fixtures, fans, pumps, motors, clocks, fire alarms, cooling towers, chillers, kitchen equipment, appliances, heating water systems, automatic door opener hardware, overhead doors, overhead hoists, HVAC, lighting, and sprinkler controls, communication systems, lighting, renewable energy systems, heaters, lab equipment, welders, power outlets, standby generators associated with switching devices, other various mechanical systems, and general building electrical systems. Physical Demands/Working Environment: The physical requirements for this position involve moving equipment up to 50 pounds, working on ladders exceeding 12 feet, kneeling and bending during tasks, pushing and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds, remaining stationary for long periods with hands raised above shoulder level, working at heights over 50 feet, and performing duties in adverse weather conditions.
