p>What You'll Be Doing:Lead and oversee global metrology operations across approximately 17 IQVIA laboratory sites, including Central Labs and Specialty LabsDevelop and execute departmental strategy aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and long‑term growthEstablish goals, metrics, and performance expectations for a global team, driving accountability and operational excellenceEnsure effective resourcing, prioritization, and workload management across regions and sitesProvide oversight of equipment lifecycle management, preventative maintenance, calibration, and compliance programs using enterprise asset systemsServe as an escalation point for quality, safety, and operational issues, ensuring timely CAPA resolution and root cause analysisPartner cross‑functionally to evaluate, select, and implement new instrumentation, technologies, and vendor solutionsDrive global harmonization, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives across laboratory operations.
