The Residence Hall Director (RD) provides leadership of a male residence hall on campus ranging from 140 to 200 male resident students in a manner that complements the mission of Benedictine College and as a team member of the Student Life Office. Provide supervision, guidance, and evaluation for the resident assistants (RAs) and student workers the RD supervises.
li>Serves as liaison between Director, Facilities and Facilities Maintenance Team, which includes implementing Director's decisions through the work of direct reports and keeping Director informed regarding staffing, performance, etc. The Supervisor, Maintenance is a working supervisor who performs a majority of maintenance and facilities duties directly while providing day-to-day leadership to the maintenance team.

JOB GOAL: Under general supervision, performs the full range of journeyman level carpenter duties in the construction, finishing and repair of buildings, furniture and other wood or metal products in order to support the education mission of the District and to enhance the education environment; and, provides direction and guidance to others to ensure the efficient operation of the carpenter department. With Head Start/preschools, 28 elementary schools, 7 middle schools, and 5 college and career academies/high schools, we are the fifth largest district in the state of Kansas and our student population is approximately 56% Hispanic, 24% African American, 9% White, and 6% Asian.
