We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Maintenance Coordinator to manage the planning, scheduling, coordination, and tracking of preventive and recurring maintenance activities across a mission-critical data center environment.
The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, long-term incentive compensation, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law. Maintains strong basic and technical knowledge of related areas by attending workshops, tradeshows or educational seminars.
Ensures that preventive maintenance inspections of buses are accomplished in a timely and thorough manner; determines necessary repair actions, establishes repair priorities, and accomplishes minor repairs; refers work to Heavy Repair when appropriate; Ensures buses are fully serviced with fuel, oil, transmission fluid and coolant to meet the requirements of daily operating schedules; ensures that thorough interior and exterior cleaning of buses is accomplished during each servicing cycle; relays information related to necessary repairs with Maintenance Shop; Supervises and provides leadership for their staff. Conducts communication meetings to disseminate pertinent information (e.g., technology, procedure updates, etc.) Oversees the correction of problems with tools, machinery, and other general technical equipment; Build, foster and maintain good labor relations through fair and accurate application of union contract as it pertains to maintenance activities; makes sound and effective decisions regarding counseling and disciplining of COTA employees.
This position will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by delivering excellent customer service and supporting our field leadership team to identify problems and develop short and/or long term sustainable solution while executing in accordance with Safelites maintenance processes. • Support Field Operations through daily oversite and management of ServiceChannel work orders in all process phases including: initiation, tracking, coordinating, reviewing proposals and securing cost approvals, and invoicing.
The Line Maintenance Planner is expected to have great written and oral communication skills in order to work with our external suppliers and internal departments to seamlessly plan, coordinate and execute the organizational goals to reach desired outcomes. The Line Maintenance Planner ensures that all maintenance requirements are complied with in accordance with NetJets Approved Aircraft Inspection Programs, Continuous Inspection Programs, or Regulatory and company requirements.
