Plans and coordinates laboratory activities to support instructional programs and provide tutorial services to students. Prepares facilities for classes and ensures that work areas are clean and neat; ensures that equipment, materials, and handouts are laid out for classes.
Position Summary This role is responsible for the daily execution of the operational plans and procedures for all sporting fields at the facilities operated by Tepper Sports and Entertainment, including the Carolina Panthers Practice Facility and Bank of America Stadium. Department: Stadium Operations - Sports Field Management Reporting Relationship: Manager - Sports Field Management Status: Full-Time Non-Exempt.
Skills/Abilities: Required: Proficiency with common computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI, Adobe PDF, etc.) as well as other web-based applications for uploading, storing and transmitting project documents. The Coordinator will manage many of the administrative aspects of a project including engineering work flows, minutes of meetings, coordination and tracking of action items, assembly of operations and maintenance manuals, etc.
