Assistant Recreation Manager role is a highly responsible and professional position which plans, organizes, and directs the operations of parklands, recreation facilities and programs under the operating responsibility of a portion of the County (or department) and coordinates with the other superintendents to assure continuity of department activities. Responsible for, but not limited to all programming, events and contracted partners operating at the facilities including recreation complexes, community centers, picnic areas, shelters, open space, athletic fields, aquatic facilities and water parks, playgrounds and trails.
