The Warranty/RMA Specialist will be responsible for the logistics of moving all returned material to and from the vendor, and resolving disputes and claims that may arise with vendors and suppliers related to the returned product.

As a member of the Purchasing Team, the Warranty/RMA (Return Material Authorization) Specialist is responsible for organizing material returns to vendors and maintaining accurate, detailed records.
