Assist partners with navigating Company’s logistical planning process; Communicate the unique logistical requirements for each venue to partners; Coordinate run-of-show and day-of-event operations and venue usage; Maintain complete and up to date CRM records; Assist with all requirements for permitting of large-scale traffic plans and crowd management; Wherever appropriate, introduce partners to NPU’s preferred vendors; Enforce third-party vendor compliance with electrical, engineering, license, security, insurance, permitting requirements, and other applicable city codes and regulatory requirements. Develop event budget and assist Sales Managers on pricing proposals; Support partner site walkthroughs and assist Sales with any logistical questions; Meet all prospective partners and gain an understanding of their event/vision in order to support the Sales Manager and, post-contracting, take a lead on a seamless transition and flawless execution; Assist Marketing to create all sales collateral, floor plans, logistic procedures, SOPs, rules and regulations.
