Coordinate utility tie-ins, capacity allocations, and handoff sequencing with the Manufacturing, Lab, Administrative, and adjacent site project teams to ensure utilities - including refrigeration loads for cold storage and power/controls for the ASRS - support shipping/receiving, sample lab, cold storage, material management, and ASRS commissioning and qualification milestones.
