Experience performing complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, communication techniques, models, and/or systems related to management problems for the corporate operations for a major Legislative or Department of Defense (DoD) Echelon Command / Secretariat; past experience supporting a Navy or Marine Corps Command Element preferred.
