By building and managing the operational infrastructure of LSM, this role allows Field Marketing Managers to focus on coaching and driving stronger marketing outcomes at the school level.
This role is based in Atlanta in our Support Center office and reports to the Director, Field Marketing.
Program Operations & Process Management
- Own the end-to-end workflow for annual Local School Marketing plan submissions across 560+ schools, including templates, timelines, approval routing, and documentation . As Primrose relaunches and scales LSM across 560+ franchise locations, this role ensures the program runs with consistency, accuracy, and accountability.
This individual owns the systems, processes, and reporting that enable effective execution at scale creating visibility into plan submissions, tracking Franchise Owner (FO) compliance with marketing investment requirements, and maintaining clean, audit-ready records.
