p>Responsibilities include supporting recruitment and hiring processes; preparing and reviewing position descriptions, offer letters, contracts, letters of agreement, direct appointment materials, and other employment documents; coordinating onboarding and exiting processes; maintaining accurate personnel and payroll records; and assisting with HR, payroll, budget, faculty affairs, and grants-related projects. The position works closely with Grady faculty, staff, department heads, principal investigators, the Business Office, central HR, Faculty Affairs, Sponsored Projects Administration, and other campus partners to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing in accordance with university policies, sponsor requirements, and college procedures.
