Your Impact: Respond to ad hoc requests flowing into the sales operations group from various teams, regarding reports, processes, requests for assistance, and general support Support territory management, including aligning Accounts and Opportunities with Sales reps Manage and facilitate the lead to opportunity process in support of the sales teams Assist in developing training for and onboarding new sales team members Audit and maintain processes to ensure the accuracy of the data quality within the Salesforce.com database Build, run, and analyze reports and dashboards for users and managers & in doing so provide insight into the business Ensure forecast accuracy and submission for sales teams within Clari Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and relevant training materials Serve as a trusted adviser to sales and channel teams on product configuration and business terms to support the sales effort Your Toolkit: Bachelors degree required with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting preferred. The Sales Operations Manager will work cross-functionally with several organizations at Illumio (including sales, marketing, operations, finance, and support) with the primary objective of enabling sales leadership to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions.
