Creates accountability and lead by example through strong team building, decision making and people management skills • Maintains a safety-first culture and drives actions to maintain a safe work environment • Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes • Develops and maintain site wide business metrics to ensure targets are on track • Oversees staff scheduling and maintains overtime requirements, vacation, and time off requests • Uses logical and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions analyze information and choose best solution and approach to solve problems. These include loading and unloading systems for high-value hazardous and non-hazardous bulk products; railcar and transport tank-truck valves, gauging devices and tank-monitoring systems; automated storage-terminal controls and systems; and regulators, fittings, valves, vaporizers, vacuum-jacketed piping and gas-handling systems for the safe handling and distribution of cryogenics and industrial gases.
