Working closely with Healthcare Relationship Managers and Practice Finance Business Development Officers, you'll help ensure a seamless client experience while coordinating complex loan closings, managing documentation, and maintaining compliance with bank and regulatory requirements. Lead pre-closing and closing activities for healthcare and practice finance loans, including commercial real estate, construction, term loans, lines of credit, and investment real estate transactions.

The TPO Mortgage Loan Coordinator II performs loan processing functions for mortgage and/or home equity loans (including data entry, filing, document preparation, auditing, fee balancing and quality assurance) and ensures that all processing is in compliance with mortgage rules and regulations and Fannie Mae guidelines. Serves as a point of contact for Partner Loan Officer and Partner Loan Processor, providing updates on loan status, answering questions, and communicating required documentation or conditions for loan approval.
