Always go out of your way to help your co-workers; Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner; Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served; Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines; Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant; Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes; Restocks all items as needed throughout the shift; Handles, stores, and rotates all food items properly; Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills; Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed; Full understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station; Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas; Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by other Team Leaders and/or Manager at any time.
