Act as the leader of a manufacturing cell (3-5 members) coordinating work assignments, meeting schedule requirements, planning material deliveries and returns, processing shop floor orders, training team members and ensuring safety, quality and productivity objectives and levels are met. Perform the tasks and duties of the cell as a value-adding member of the team: assemble, build, inspect, test and package products in accordance with work instructions and manufacturing procedures .
