This work is physical and requires the following activities: Standing, walking, twisting, bending, grabbing and reaching for long periods of time; occasional squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing, and visual acuity. This role requires a leader who is comfortable working alongside the team while maintaining the authority to delegate tasks, solve immediate operational hurdles, and ensure the seamless flow of goods from the loading dock to the sales floor.
