Applicant needs to have: above average knife skills, appreciation and knowledge of quality ingredients, able to accomplish assigned tasks with little or no direct supervision, basic knowledge of soups, sauces, butchering and baking, as well as the ability to do above tasks in a clean, organized, efficient, and sanitary manner.
