Facilitate the integration of FLIGHT DECK into long-range technology and capability roadmaps Act as a leader, facilitator, educator, advocate, and accountability partner to the Engineering leadership team, driving understanding and adoption of FLIGHT DECK and lean methodologies in engineering and design decisions Partner closely with Product Lines, Programs, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Services, Digital, and Quality to prioritize and improve critical cross-functional engineering-to-production processes.
