The Graduate Success Coach for Online Programs serves as the primary point of contact to a selected group of online graduate learners for the purpose of helping them navigate the University's processes and procedures, supporting them with completing their educational goals, and providing assistance to each student as needed. Must have the ability to work both as a team member and independently; use sound judgment regarding organizational and departmental regulations, procedures, and policies; quickly establish and maintain rapport with students, faculty, alumni, administration, and those from varying cultural backgrounds.
