An associate's degree in human services, early childhood education, social work, or a related field is preferred, though at least two years of relevant experience can be considered in place of formal education. You'll be the heart behind our Family Resource Center-leading activities, keeping the space welcoming and safe, coordinating volunteers, and ensuring that every interaction with a family promotes growth, healing, and empowerment.
