Licensure by applicable state requirements; Certified as a Social Worker (CSW), Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW), Certified Independent Social Worker (CISW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services is required.
