Initiates and manages all core business processes, including leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor relations, selection and recruitment, and team development. The position will develop the property team members to maximize performance and take a hands-on approach to any necessary duties to accomplish objectives as well as to facilitate the successful performance of others by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
