Handle all aspects of leasing apartments, including greeting prospective residents, touring the community, closing the sale, processing applications in a timely manner, typing leases, following up with prospects, and obtaining signatures for completion of leases and paperwork prior to move-in. Assist in marketing; monitor the accuracy of advertisements and take appropriate action to correct them; accurately and consistently document traffic marketing sources; assist in leasing events and promotions; and assist in weekly outreach community marketing.
