Applies and develops a variety of models and systems to analyze Learning & Engagement metrics (training completion, promotions, goal alignment, performance ratings, high-potential retention, exit data, surveys, feedback, training effectiveness and turnover) and translates findings into business insights that inform leadership decisions, identify workforce trends, and guide targeted engagement and talent retention strategies. Supports all department sponsored development programs, including programs for new, existing and high-potential leaders, vendor support, coordinating assessment processes, drafting and maintaining program materials, coordinating training activities/logistics, engagement survey, custom course content, recognition programs, and supporting evaluation processes.
