p>The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: Participate in site Process Safety Management (PSM) team as the Training Element lead which includes performing 1st party audits, participating in audits where review of training records and policies are needed, and maintaining training records for the site including working with area trainers to ensure operations records are in compliance with regulatory requirements, site and corporate policies.
