What Youll Bring: Experience: · 8+ years of experience in creating training program strategy, design, development and implementation · 5+ years of experience in skills, capability, of function-specific training program development · 5+ years of experience facilitating classroom and virtual training sessions · Managing global training projects and programs with multiple senior level stakeholders · Evaluating training effectiveness measures · Experienced instructional designer, experience with EasyGenerator and Articulate preferred · Experience in retail or wholesale environment preferred · Experience in consulting or advising a plus.
