We are seeking a passionate and experienced Manager, Life Enrichment Programs to lead a team dedicated to creating innovative, engaging, and enriching experiences for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position leads a team of Facilitators and Program Leaders responsible for designing and delivering meaningful learning opportunities, life enrichment experiences, and community-based activities that support each person's goals, interests, and aspirations.
This role manages positive reinforcement systems, collaborates on MTSS Tier 2/3 support, and coaches staff on classroom management and SEL curriculum, while building trusting relationships in alignment with the CPS Code of Conduct. Designs and manages daily recess and lunch operations, leading a team of monitors to maximize student safety, engagement, and positive social interaction.
