p>As an Assistant Dental Office Manager, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients.

p>For hybrid: This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback.

Our Corporate headquarters are in Dublin, CA, we have 3 buying offices in key markets in New York City, Los Angeles, and Boston, and 8 distribution centers nationwide.

Work shifts vary from one store to another, but generally are no less than 4 hours and may exceed 8 hours + Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers and adhere to Company safety training and guidelines **Physical Requirements** + This position is non-sedentary. + Support Store Manager in Team Member counseling, hiring/staffing decisions, scheduling, Team Member training including product knowledge development, appropriate application of policies and procedures and encouragement of continuous learning, and maintaining a productive work environment.

Participates in classroom, independent study, and on-the-job training to learn the White Cap's business model, products, vendors, customer needs, jobsite environment, systems, competitors, pricing, sales approach, and selling skills. Participants will work closely with White Cap sales leaders in a 6-12 month program to develop the skills, customer and supplier relationships, and knowledge needed to be successful in outside sales.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY This role supports and assists the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational facets of the community by completing accounting and bookkeeping tasks, preparing monthly close-out and financial reports, processing invoices for payment, collecting rent, fees, and other payments, completing bank deposits, dispositions, and account reconciliations, and using the property management software to record, track, and report on all financial workings of the community. 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management that demonstrates the application of community management, sales, marketing, and customer service background sufficient to assist in managing the day-to-day operations of an apartment community, resolve customer complaints and issues, complete financial records, documents, and reports, increase sales revenues, and coordinate the work of a team.
