As a senior leader within the Fulfillment Center Learning organization, you will oversee regional Learning teams and partner closely with Operations, HR, Recruiting, and centralized Learning teams to drive associate development, improve business performance, and support scalable growth. This role develops high-performing Learning teams, drives workforce readiness, and partners with senior business leaders to implement scalable solutions that improve performance, support business growth, and advance network objectives.
