GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The Manager of the Teaching & Learning Center (TLC) and Online Learning provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and programmatic direction for the TLC and all districtwide instructional support for all course delivery methods. Working through the leadership of assigned staff, the Manager collaborates with academic leadership, student services, and technology teams to advance teaching excellence, ensure compliance, and scale high-quality learning experiences.

Demonstrates the ability to supervise merchandising tasks, including sets, resets, and revisions of basic department and end stands, display tables, and promotional space, using multiple discount pricing, signs, advertising, promotional items, seasonality, etc. Shadows Store Manager, gains experience, performs and demonstrates proficiency supervising the operation of the store and team members, including gaining exposure to opening/closing/changing shifts, and delegating tasks to team members.
