This role partners with a cross-functional, fully remote team of Trainers, Quality leaders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and develop advanced educational programs delivered through blended learning environments, including live facilitation, eLearning, video, technical resources, knowledge assessments, and hands-on application activities while also improving existing content to support learner performance, knowledge retention, and speed to proficiency. - Design and develop engaging instructional training programs, including facilitator guides, job aids, training manuals, case studies, simulations, on-the-job training resources, and eLearning solutions that support practical application drills, effective knowledge acquisition, and speed to proficiency.
