Field Leadership: Lead, train, and manage a crew of mitigation technicians on job sites, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high-quality workmanship. In this role, you will be responsible for leading field crews on residential and commercial restoration projects involving water, fire, smoke, and mold damage.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Your day will include supporting veterinarians in exams, surgeries, and diagnostics; overseeing patient flow to keep appointments and procedures running smoothly; and performing a wide range of technical skills from anesthesia monitoring to lab work.
