Associate's degree in Business, Chemistry, Supply Chain and Logistics, or equivalent Diploma with 2 years of experience in a managerial role with 2 or more direct reports, as well as 1 year of experience in Employee Management, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring selection, coaching, mentoring, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
