High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required; possess current Food Handler's Card; three (3) years' experience in food service, one (1) year verifiable supervisory experience; ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions in English; willing to acquire and maintain a Food Service Management Certificate; ability to organize, delegate, instruct and train personnel. Continual standing and walking; must be able to lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds; frequent standing, stooping, bending, kneeling and climbing (ladder); moderate exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.
